Cornerstone Assistance Network North Central Texas welcomes gifts of eligible publicly traded stock. Donating appreciated securities may provide tax advantages while supporting our work to empower neighbors in need through relationships and comprehensive services.
How to Give Stock
1. Request transfer instructions.
Contact Cornerstone to receive our verified brokerage information and instructions for transferring shares directly to our account.
2. Contact your broker.
Ask your brokerage firm to transfer the securities to Cornerstone as a charitable gift. Please let us know the stock name, number of shares, and expected transfer date so we can identify your gift.
3. Receive confirmation.
After the shares arrive, we will confirm receipt and provide a written acknowledgment describing the securities donated.
